In some instances professional teeth whitening can lighten the shade of your teeth by nine or more levels in just one visit! More often you can expect results from three to seven shades brighter (which is very noticeable for most clients).

 

Keep in mind that any form of teeth whitening is not permanent and is affected by many outside factors such as the food and drinks you consume, if you smoke, and how well you take care of your teeth.
