How To Prepare For Your Teeth Whitening Procedure
To best prepare for your Smile Hy Teeth Whitening session you should eat and drink before coming in so you are not hungry for a few hours after your appointment. Also, please be sure to brush AND FLOSS your teeth prior to arrival to ensure the optimal environment for our LED whitening to work for your teeth. Bring a set of headphones to enjoy music, a podcast, or audiobook of your choice! You may also what to bring in a jacket as our space does tend to stay cool.
What To Expect During Your Visit
Come in and immediately be greeted by one of our friendly staff members. Lay back in a comfortable massage chair while we help you get set up with our whitening gel and LED light. You will experience three to four 20 minute whitening sessions with small breaks in between so plan on being with us for an hour and a half.
We recommend you bring in a set of headphones to listen to your favorite music or podcast, and a light jacket or sweater as our space can get a little chilly at times. You can also enhance your relaxation with a hot towel and hand warmers. We cannot wait to see you!
